She puts the kettle on. The house is quiet. You are in another city. The fear is ordinary: a wet floor, the night walk to the bathroom, the stairs when nobody else is in the house.
This shop sells two small 4G devices. They do not call a monitoring centre. They call the people you type in — usually you, a sister, a neighbour. You buy the device once. There is no monthly fee from us. The SIM is yours.
The two devices
4G SOS Fall Pendant — €195. Black or white. Fall detection, large SOS button, two-way call, map link. For a parent who still lives in their own flat.
TMM-7 4G — €490. Black body, red button. Fall, stillness and SOS. For epilepsy, narcolepsy and lone work.

Who wears it, who buys it
The person who pays is usually 38 to 55 and does not live in the same street. The person who wears it is usually 72 to 85 and wants to stay in their own kitchen. They will refuse a box on the wall that looks like a clinic. They will wear a small pendant on a short cord.
The TMM-7 is often bought by a partner or adult child of someone who has seizures or sudden sleep. Same shop, same idea: the call goes home.
Ordinary morning. That is the life the device is supposed to protect, not replace.
How a fall becomes a call
Inside the SOS pendant is a 3D sensor. It does not treat every bump as an emergency. A fall is treated as real when three things line up:
1. An impact.
2. A falling angle.
3. The pendant then lying still for about ten seconds.
The ten seconds are there so she can cancel if she only sat down hard. If she does not cancel, the pendant sends an SMS to the numbers you saved — up to three — and starts calling the first one. If nobody picks up, it tries the next. If still nobody, it starts the list again every five minutes, until someone answers or she presses the button to stop it.
When you answer, you speak through the pendant like a small speakerphone. You hear her, or you hear the room. You decide what to do. There is no dispatcher behind this shop.
The SOS button
The button is large on purpose. Hold it for about three seconds. The pendant texts every saved number and then calls them in the same order, with the same five-minute redial. Use it when she feels unwell, is lost, or simply wants you on the line without unlocking a smartphone.
A normal call
Hold the call control for three seconds. A tone, a blinking green LED, and it dials the first saved number. End the call with the emergency button. It is a tiny phone that already knows who matters.
Where is she
If you pick up and the place is unclear — a path, a park, a stairwell — an authorised number can ask the pendant for its position. It answers with coordinates and a Google Maps link.
Outdoors it uses GPS. Typical accuracy is under 2.5 metres. A-GPS helps it get a fix faster. Indoors, in a basement or under trees, satellites are weak. Then it can fall back to the mobile network.
The room can be empty. The number on the pendant should not be.
Battery, in real life
Everyday mode. All functions on. Charge every two to three days. The cradle lives on the nightstand. In the morning she takes the pendant like a watch.
Save mode. Up to around 20 days. The pendant sleeps until it feels movement, then wakes for a time you set. In that sleep it will not take incoming calls or location requests. Use this when days are stable and you want fewer cables.

You buy a normal prepaid or contract SIM with coverage in the country where the device will be worn. We do not sell a monitoring subscription.
TMM-7 — when the risk is a seizure, not only a fall
Some families do not need a senior pendant. They need a unit that notices a collapse, a long stillness, or a panic press. That is the TMM-7 4G. It is the follow-on to the older totmann units.
It can raise an alarm from a fall, from a change of body position, from no movement, and from the red button. It can call more numbers than the pendant — up to ten — and can send a location. Two-way speech. A siren if you need to find the person in a room. Weather-resistant (IP67). Battery in daily use is measured in days, not hours; plan around up to a week depending on how often it reports.
People with epilepsy and narcolepsy use it because it does the job without a hospital-system price.

If a fall is real, you should hear the phone. If she presses SOS, you should hear the phone. That is the whole product.
The shop is small. The rooms we care about are ordinary.

Is there a monthly fee?
No. You buy the device. The SIM and its credit are yours.
Does it need Wi-Fi?
No. It uses 4G.
Who does it call?
Only the numbers you program. There is no monitoring desk behind this shop.
Will it cry wolf?
Fall logic waits for impact, angle and a short lie-still window. Sensitivity can be set so a sofa sit-down is not an emergency.
